PINEFLECT is based in Klaipėda, Lithuania.
This is where ideas meet fabric, patterns, sewing machines, prototypes, mistakes, revisions and eventually finished products.
There is a point where a product cannot be understood on a screen.
Proportion needs to be seen.
Material needs to be touched.
Construction needs to be tested.
A prototype sometimes needs to fail before the right solution becomes obvious.
That is why physical development is central to how we work.
PINEFLECT grew out of years spent building our own physical products through SHÓMKA.
Running a product brand means living with both sides of the work:
the creative side — developing something people want;
and
the operational side — making sure it can actually be produced, corrected, delivered and repeated.
PINEFLECT was created to bring that experience to other businesses.

Connected enough to scale.
Selected prototyping, development, RUSH work and limited production can happen directly in our Klaipėda studio.
When volume or specialist processes require more capacity, we work with external sewing specialists and production partners.
This allows us to choose a production setup around the project instead of forcing every project into the same factory model.

Briefs, files and visual communication happen digitally; physical samples and production can travel by courier throughout Lithuania and Europe.
